सीता के बारे मे सुना है सबों ने
सुना है सबों ने राम रावण की कथा
सत्य द्वापर त्रेता इन तीनों मे तो थी ही सीता
अब कलियुग के दहलीज़ पर खड़ी है सीता ,अकेली पर नई नवेली।
आज किया है वह इस दुनिया पे राज
हर जगह मिलती है उसकी कामयाबी की आवाज़
फिर भी है बेदर्द ज़माना हिलती रही
उसकी बुनियाद।
स्थलसेना ,जलसेना, वायुसेना करतें हैं
उसकी बंदगी
कभी न डरी वह अग्नि परीक्षा की बेरहमी से
लुटाती रही सदा अपनी ज़िन्दगी।
फिर भी कलियुग खुदको मानता है
सर्वश्रेष्ठ
है इसके कारीगरी बेशुमार
मशीनों से होती हैं बातें
पर भरा है उसमे रावण के अहं का खुमार
सीता सक्रिय है हर हालात को झेलने मे
पर रावण अभी भी बरकरार
राम सोचते मैं करूँ तो क्या करूं
कैसे करूं सीता का उद्धार
हर तरह से काबिल बनी है सीता
फिर भी होता उसपे अत्याचार
नयी चिंता नया विचार
पर कलियुग मौन है अभी भी
दिलाने उसे उसका अधिकार
कब आयेगी नयी सुबह
जलेगा नया चिराग
सीता न समायेगी धरती मे
जड़ी रहेगी उसकी बुनियाद।

Existence

All are aware of Sita’s predicament.
And who doesn’t know the story of Ravana?
Sita had been there in all the three eras –Satya, Dwapar, and Treta.
Now in this Kaliyug, she is standing on the threshold of the innovation –a new and novel Sita,
though all alone!
Today she reigns over the world.
In each and every sphere Her achievements can be heard
Yet the ruthless planet shakes her roots.
Army, Navy, and Airforce acknowledge her feats.

But Kaliyug thinks he is the best
Because he talks to the machines and never rests.
And he is an egoist like Ravana.
Sita accepts all the challenges but Ravana cannot be uprooted.
Ram ponders on the predicament of Sita.
He thinks about how to rescue Sita.
She is the cornucopia of every art
yet she is tortured by the brats.
Innovation is everywhere
but Kaliyug is silent still
to give her equal rights!
When would be the new sunrise?
When would the new lamp be lit?
Sita would not enter the ground.
Her feet would be firmly planted in the soil of her existence!
